Sauna Day 2026 at Monte Mare Kaiserslautern

In celebration of Germany’s annual Sauna Day, monte mare Kaiserslautern cordially invites you to experience special sauna rituals for a full week from September 21 - 27. As the days are getting cooler, it’s time to enjoy the soothing warmth of the sauna, boost your immune system, and treat your body and mind to a well-deserved break. This year’s Sauna Week is all about the diversity and benefits of natural plants. Inspired by the motto “Preserving Roots – Creating New Ideas” traditional sauna knowledge meets new ideas and approaches. Celebrate the start of sauna season with monte mare Kaiserslautern and indulge your senses. Three special rituals are offered:

• Dreierlei Lavendel (featuring lavender incense, lavender infusion, and lavender oil)
• Doppel-Wenik-Spezial (combining birch, star anise, and non-alcoholic beer)
• Elemente der Natur (featuring birch twigs and the fresh, natural scent of linden tree)
