Landstuhl City Festival

The traditional city festival takes place for the 36^th time and starts with the tapping of the beer keg on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Visitors can look forward to a great live entertainment program in the city center of Landstuhl that will be closed to traffic. On three stages numerous bands and groups present dance performances as well as brass music, country, jazz, pop and rock songs. The jazz ensemble of the US Air Force in Europe Band “Wings of Swing” plays on Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Approximately 50 exhibitors and vendors along the festival mile offer a large variety of food and beverages as well as arts and crafts. On Saturday the festival starts at 2 p.m. and on Sunday at 11 a.m. Stores in Landstuhl are open on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
