Guided City Tour of Ramstein in English

Explore the town center of Ramstein and hear about the historic development of the former farming village into a modern and international city. You will get to see traces of the past and the oldest buildings in town. Besides that, the tour provides lots of information about present urban development and leisure activities.

The event is family-friendly and free of charge! Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to explore the city walking. As a goody a cool drink will be offered at the end of the tour at the German-American Friendship Festival. The event with live music by the jazz ensemble "Free Grove“ of the United States Army Europe and Africa Band and Chorus and the rock band "Frantic" takes place at John-F.-Kennedy-Square in the center of Ramstein. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the festival atmosphere with free admission!
