Romantic Christmas Market in the Forest in Johanniskreuz

Experience a different kind of Christmas market located in the center of the Palatinate Forest. The woodland scenery is the perfect setting for such an event. Especially when it gets dark, many torches and bonfires create a romantic atmosphere. About 60 booths offer culinary delicacies, Glühwein, Christmas cookies and arts and crafts near the “House of Sustainability”. Christmas trees and roast venison from the Palatinate Forest are available as well. The fire show is a fascinating spectacle. A brass ensemble entertains the visitors. The market opens Saturday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Due to limited parking facilities it is recommended to take the shuttle bus (no. 170) from Kaiserslautern main train station.
