Krammarkt (Odds & Ends Market) in Miesenbach

Ages ago the “Krammarkt” used to be the traditional Miesenbach cattle market. The market is held around the former schoolhouse in Miesenbach and starts at 9 a.m. Vendors provide a large number of goods. Their offer ranges from Christmas cookies, honey, herbs, and spices through to Advent decoration, leatherwork, household goods, Solingen cutlery and a lot more. Furthermore, scarves and knitwear as well as angora products for the cold season are available. Inside the heated tent a great lunch menu including grilled sausages and meatballs is offered by the reservists´ association of Ramstein and Landstuhl. In the afternoon visitors can enjoy coffee and cakes inside the former schoolhouse.
