Guided City Tour of Ramstein in English

Explore the town center of Ramstein and hear about the historic development of the former farming village into a modern and international city. You will get to see traces of the past and the oldest buildings in town. Besides that, the tour provides lots of information about present urban development and leisure activities.

The event is family-friendly and free of charge! Please wear comfortable shoes and be up to explore the city walking. As a goody a cool drink will be offered at the end of the tour at the Ramstein Summer Night Event. This evening an “American Night” with live American country music by the Jim Everett Band takes place in the outside area of the Congress Center Ramstein. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the festival atmosphere with free admission!

The “Welcome to Rheinland-Pfalz” state program is the sponsor of the tour. It will be carried out by the “Window to Rheinland-Pfalz” information center of the City of Ramstein-Miesenbach. The tour starts at 4 p.m.
