Winter Opening of the Japanese Garden Kaiserslautern

With about 13,500 square meters the Japanese Garden in Kaiserslautern has become the largest one of its kind in Europe and the first one in Rheinland-Pfalz. With its waterfalls, koi ponds, the Zen Garden and tea house the park is a great place to “recharge your batteries”. From November until end of March the park opens for the weekends from Friday through Sunday. On these days the opening hours are from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. During winter opening the admission fee is € 5.50. Children up to 11 years can visit the park free of charge. Dogs are not allowed.
