DCR Exhibition: The Air Base in Pop Culture

The Docu Center Ramstein is showing its new exhibition titled “Ram(m)stein, Ramones & Lois Lane - The Air Base in Pop Culture”. Hollywood movies, TV series, video games, literature or music: In the course of its history, the presence of the US military in our region made its appearance in many branches of the popular media. In addition to Ramstein Air Base, numerous other locations in Rhineland-Palatinate have had their very own moment in the spotlight. The exhibition takes a look at plots, lyrics and games, through which military installations become part of the so-called pop culture. The special exhibition will be showing until November 11, 2023. It can be visited on the DCR premises daily from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (except Mondays). Admission is free!
