Pumpkin Exhibition at Kaiserslautern Gartenschau

The Kaiserslautern Gartenschau is a great meeting place for the young and the old to spend time together in almost every season. Life-sized dinosaur figures are the children´s highlight. The flower park is decorated with thousands of colorful pumpkins in fall. This year´s “World of Music” pumpkin exhibition can be visited from September 1^st until October 31^st. Thirteen figures made of approx. 40,000 pumpkins represent various facets on the subject of music. Some of the figures are up to 4 meters high. Visitors can marvel at characters such as ballerina, Mozart or Elvis Presley as well as at a gramophone etc. The Gartenschau is daily open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until October 31^st. Dogs are not allowed in the flower park.
