Farmers' Market in Schneckenhausen

While strolling through the farmers' market, visitors can discover a wide variety of products, most of which come from the local region. More than 50 booths showcase their offerings such as fruits, vegetables, farm-baked bread, herbs, pumpkins, honey, jellies, cheese, fish, and much more. In addition, decorative items, woodwork, pottery, wool, and jewelry as well as tools and craftsmen supplies can be purchase. People are invited to watch demonstrations of an old fruit press and taste freshly pressed apple juice. The children´s program includes face painting, calligraphy and hand spinning. Enjoy culinary delights and sample the flavor of homemade cakes. The farmers` market features a family friendly program and takes place on Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
