Horse Show in Miesau

Each year on the Pentecost weekend the Bruchmühlbach-Miesau riding club hosts the popular horse show on its premises in Miesau. Various competitions in the disciplines of dressage riding and show jumping are held on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The program features competitions for young talents at the beginner level as well as challenging events at the intermediate level. Special entertainment is scheduled for Sunday evening: Equestrian enthusiasts can look forward to performances of riders from the “Magic Light in the Dark” group, elegant baroque horse riding with riders in magnificent costumes, as well as the legendary torchlight jumping starting at nightfall. Food and beverages are provided on both days. The organizers cordially invite visitors to experience two days full of equestrian sports, cheerful atmosphere and tradition.
