Spring Fest at Lichtenberg Castle

The popular event at Lichtenberg Castle includes a flower and herb market, special exhibitions as well as join-in activities for children and adults. Guided tours in German are offered free of charge. The museum of natural history GEOSKOP and the museum of local history are located on the premises of the castle and can be visited too. Visitors can stroll through the flower and herb market and purchase products like spices, oils, soaps, decoration items and much more. Different bands such as the USAFE ensemble “The Ambassador” entertain the people with live music performances. Regional dishes, beverages, coffee and cake are available, too. The event takes place from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
