Easter Event and Season Opening of the Kaiserslautern Zoo

The Easter event is the beginning of the regular season for the Kaiserslautern Zoo. On Easter Sunday and Monday, the family-friendly entertainment program starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. On Easter Monday a church service is held at 10.30 a.m. Guided tours in German, that give the visitors an insight into the secrets of the animal world, are offered on both days. One of the main attractions are the young animals. Furthermore, kids can look forward to a Punch-and-Judy show and a jungle course. The Easter Bunny distributes Easter eggs to visitors. The car dealership "Kehry" from Kaiserslautern presents itself with a selection of the currently most popular models and organizes a raffle including attractive prizes. Coffee and cake are available. Admission fee is € 10.50 for adults and € 7.50 for kids (from 4 to 17 years). The team of the zoo greets the adults and their children with a little welcome gift and wishes wonderful Easter holidays.
