Mineral & Fossil Swap in Imsbach

The motto of the exhibition is INFORMATION - SWAPPING - PURCHASING. More than 30 exhibitors display their treasures from a world before present. Some of the collectors present finds from the Donnersberg region and other exhibitors display minerals and fossils from all over the world. The event takes place at the community center in Imsbach (Gemeindehalle). The opening hours of the exhibition are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission for adults is € 3 and for children € 1.50. Kids who are smaller than 1 meter have free entrance. With the admission ticket visitors have free entrance to the mining museum that is located very close to the swap.

German-speaking guided tours through the mine Grube Maria are offered for adventurous visitors. Admission for adults is € 8 and for children € 5. A family ticket valid for 2 adults and up to 3 children is available for € 20.
